“IPTV is not loading” can mean several different failures. Identify whether the app will not open, the login fails, the playlist is empty, or the stream will not start. Each symptom has a different fix.
If the app will not open
Restart the device, check storage, update the app from its official source, and try another app. If several apps fail, check the operating system and network. Do not install a modified APK to bypass a startup error.
If login fails

If the list is empty
Refresh the playlist, check filters and parental controls, and confirm that the account includes the missing categories. A blank list may also mean the provider changed the URL or server. Do not edit parameters in the URL unless support instructs you to.
If the list loads but playback does not
Test several channels and another device. If only one stream fails, record its name and time. If every stream fails, compare the local network with another trusted online app and use the buffering guide.
Contact support with useful evidence

What not to do
Do not download an unknown APK, paste the playlist into a public checker, or replace valid account details with credentials found in a forum. Those steps can expose the account and make the original problem harder to identify.
When the provider must help
If the same account fails on two supported devices while other internet apps work, ask the provider to confirm expiry, server status, and simultaneous-connection limits. Send the exact error and time, but redact the password and playlist URL. If the service cannot explain a repeated outage or refuses its stated refund process, review the subscription before renewing.
