Prepare the account
You may receive an M3U URL, Xtream Codes server details, or a portal address. Do not mix the fields between formats. Keep the original email or invoice and never publish the credentials, because an M3U link often contains the account password.
Install and configure the player
- Open Google Play on the Android TV device.
- Install a player that supports the format you received.

Set the device clock and time zone automatically before refreshing the guide. If the guide is blank but channels play, check the EPG source or mapping instead of reinstalling everything. Remove unused apps and clear cache when storage is tight, but keep the original account details before clearing data.
Improve playback
Use Ethernet when practical, or place the device where the Wi-Fi signal is strong. Android TV boxes can become hot or slow when storage is nearly full. Restart the device, close unused apps, and test the same stream at a quieter time if the network is busy.
Diagnose errors
A failed login points to the server, credentials, expiry, or account status. An empty list points to the playlist, filters, or account permissions.
