How referrals get identified
Customers may reach out directly. The referral has to be identifiable one of these ways.
They say your name
The customer tells us the name you registered as an affiliate.
They say your email
The customer identifies you by your registered affiliate email.
You introduce them
Send the customer or their order request to our team directly.
Important: if a referral can’t reasonably be verified, we can’t guarantee commission on it.
